The Benchmarking Report is the output foreseen for Know-how transfer phase under the responsibility of Lombardy Region. This survey compares the performances of the 18 countries of the CADSES Area in terms of general overview of SMEs segmentation, bank credit policy for local enterprises, juridical and fiscal framework and in doing so, it leads to a definition of a benchmarking system with the contribution of best practices identified throughout the project life.
